Cancellation & Refund Policy

These terms apply to every session and package booked with Sketchliners Style. Please read them before you book.

Booking & payment

A booking is confirmed once the required payment or booking fee has been received. Your appointment time is then reserved exclusively for you.

Payment: The Edit and The Occasion Edit require full payment at the time of booking. For The Signature Edit, The Wedding Edit and in-person styling, a 50% advance is required to confirm the booking, with the balance payable before the agreed service or deliverables.

Cancellation

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment: the booking may be rescheduled once, subject to availability, or the eligible amount may be refunded.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment: the booking fee is non-refundable.
• No-shows or cancellations without prior notice: the booking fee or payment is non-refundable.

Rescheduling

• One reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
• A second rescheduling request may require a new booking and payment.

Styling packages

Payments for packages are non-refundable once styling work has commenced. Any unused services may be rescheduled according to availability and the applicable package terms.

How to cancel or reschedule

Send your request by email or WhatsApp with your name, the service booked and the appointment date. The time we receive your message is used to work out the notice period.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show the credit.

If we ever need to cancel or move your appointment, you can choose a new time or receive a full refund of what you paid for that appointment.
